'Heroes Work Here'
The Impact of COVID-19 on Employee Engagement
The U.S. is going through an unprecedented challenging time due to the recent pandemic that is affecting all organizations of all types and sizes.  No industry has been affected as much as the healthcare industry as we've seen healthcare workers rise to this challenge of managing the impact of the virus first hand with patients and staff alike. Join us as we learn how one hospital system overcame extreme challenges to pull together to fight the outbreak and rally around Mission, Team, and Safety in ways that increased the impact of employee engagement on all staff members. Learn how they–and you–can harness the good from this crisis and sustain learnings and behavioral practices that can make any organization stronger going forward, including an ongoing focus on employee recognition, engagement, and pride.
